Code of conduct
An agent is one who has experience and knowledge of the many facets of the entertainment field. Said agent agrees to use this specialized knowledge to guide, advance and promote the careers of clients who retain the agent's professional services. An agent is to find, develop new faces and create opportunities for the models they represent. An agent is a liaison between the models he/she represents and the entertainment industry and the general public.
An Agent must:
- Always deal honestly and fairly with his/her clients.
- Not derive personal gains at the expense of his/her clients.
- Treat relationships with clients in a confidential manner.
- Not encourage or induce a model to breach an existing contract; not represent a model while the model is under a valid contract to another agent, except by written agreement with all parties concerned.
- Be proud of the modeling and talent management profession.
- Promote decency, honesty, and integrity.
- Have the best interest of his/her clients' in mind, at all time.
